- All items from our website can be delivered using this delivery service except for explosive item (eg.butane gas).
3. How to choose correct shipping fee during checkout?
- You may calculate distance between your home and our distance and pick the correct range (KM).
4. What tool can I use to calculate distance?
- You may use Google Maps.
5. Why is my location range(KM) does not have any coverage for delivery?
- In order to ensure parcel to be delivered within few hours, distance has to be limited. But if you still want to use this delivery service just contact us.
6. Can I purchase several items in one order using this service?
- Yes. You can add several items up to 50KG to be delivered in just one order.
7. How can I make sure total weight do not exceed weight limit?
- You can see total weight of items added to cart before checkout.
8. How long is the delivery time frame?
- Your parcel will be delivered within 2 hours.
9. What is the payment method available?
- You may use Credit/Debit card, Online Banking, Boost, Touchngo, Grabpay, and Maybank QRPay to make payment.
10. Can I choose to pay by COD?
- Unfortunately we do not accept COD payment method to ensure contactless delivery.
11. Who will be responsible if parcel loss or damaged?
- Grab Express will be the bearing party with coverage of up to RM500 per delivery.
12. What is your return/refund policy?
- Item is returnable if you received wrong item.
- Item returned must be in good condition apart from the manufacturer defect.
- Item shall be returned in its original packaging as received.
- Refund will be made within 7 days after inspection of the item returned.
- Return/refund can only be made within 7 days after parcel received.
13. If the item received malfunction after 7 days can I return the item and get refund?
- No. But for item with Manufacturer Warranty, you may claim it with the brand customer care.
